Milestones give an instant boost of motivation when teams need it the most. Managers can automatically award a Badge and optional prize to team members who reach their personal goal (or a custom target) in the time period associated with that Metric (e.g. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly). Milestones offer a new way to automate Badges and dynamically engage the team while keeping up with constantly changing needs and goals.

As an impromptu incentive, Milestones allow Managers in LevelEleven to take immediate action when a metric performance is lagging. For example, if a team’s Outbound Calls are falling behind pace mid-month, they can add a Milestone to that metric to push the team to the finish line.
