Yes! Custom Services can extend Ascent Cloud products when your workflow requires something beyond the standard product experience. That could mean adding a specialized Geopointe field process, connecting field activity to LevelEleven, or creating a workflow around Territory Planner that fits your organization’s planning process.
Not necessarily. Some projects, such as standalone Salesforce development or system integrations, may be possible without an existing Geopointe, Territory Planner, or LevelEleven deployment. Product-specific extensions would require the relevant Ascent Cloud product. Final eligibility should be confirmed during the scoping process.
