With Competition leaderboards being visible in Channel11, these contests will now reach a wider audience, adding an extra layer of gamification and excitement to your team’s routine activities. This greater visibility will allow teams to celebrate achievements more broadly, fostering a culture of recognition and engagement.

Additionally, LevelEleven also allows Admins to assign Point Values to different metrics within Competitions. This feature ensures that certain activities carry more weight than others, creating a more balanced playing field and making overall team performance easier to interpret. Admins can tailor Competitions to specific goals, reinforcing and rewarding a variety of achievements while driving alignment with organizational priorities. With Advanced Formula Metrics, Admins can use multi-variable scoring to calculate results based on multiple factors, enabling highly customized, relevant, and flexible scoring.

The Competitions homepage will show all active competitions you are either a participant or observer of. A mini leaderboard is displayed throughout Salesforce, so everyone knows where they stand at all times.

It will show you:

• How much time is left in the competition
• The number of participants in the competition
• The metric name that is being targeted for the competition

When creating a Competition, you will have the option to assign Awards to the top 3 performers. These will be automatically added to the user’s Trophy Case, where all Awards and Badges can be viewed.
