LevelEleven’s Coach solution uses Coaching Notes to facilitate communication between managers and reps. Coaching Notes can be initiated by either the manager or the sales rep, and serve as a digital notepad that helps you keep track of what was discussed in coaching sessions.

Rather than having to click back and forth through multiple tabs, you’ll have everything you need for coaching in one place. For example, with Coaching Notes you can:

• Attach a relevant account that you are focusing on in your coaching session
• Assign action items to ensure follow-up tasks are completed
• Add an activity snapshot of a rep’s current performance to reference during the session

To ensure consistency, you can create custom templates to use with your Coaching Notes. Managers can then score Coaching Notes to quickly understand how team members have progressed over time.
